However, stepping into the world of real estate marked a pivotal turning point in both my professional and personal journey.

I discovered a field that is just as vibrant, constantly evolving, and deeply engaging. Real estate demands a broad skillset, adaptability, and a high level of expertise. Every project is a challenge, an opportunity to find tailored solutions, add value, and meet client needs with precision and care.

Within Gruppo PREMIERE, I work enthusiastically in dedicated Teams entrusted with strategic projects directly by the Management. This structure allows me to contribute meaningfully to complex initiatives, operate in a fast-changing market, and deliver high-level consultancy that aligns with the client’s expectations and the Group’s vision.

What drives me most is working with people—building strong, transparent, and rewarding relationships. I firmly believe that every real estate transaction is not merely a financial or legal process, but the beginning (or the closing) of a life project. My role is to guide and support each client with professionalism, empathy, and commitment to their goals.
