My journey began with technical studies (as a surveyor), which continue to shape my professional approach: a creative and critical eye that allows me to immediately recognize the strengths and potential of a property, enhancing its value for the market.

I have a strong connection to the rural and traditional segment of Tuscany: country houses, farmhouses, and village homes. Authentic places, rich in history and beauty, where it’s still possible to rediscover a more genuine rhythm of life.

My Motivation
Every client is a story. Like the story of a woman I now call a friend: after months of visits, discussions, and listening, we finally found the right home. When she opened the door to her new house, we toasted with emotion.
This is my job. This is what I’m passionate about.

One case I’m particularly proud of is my contribution to the revival of the village where I live: I’ve sold several properties and helped breathe new life and value into the area.
